Refund policy

Chef Threads will happily exchange or refund your item up to 30 days, provided the item and its packaging is in the original condition (NOT USED). 

*To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

*Refunds and exchanges are not available on free, promotional, or discounted items.

Free return shipping is available on all returns/exchanges.

Refund: Return up to 30 days after you receive it. Once your return package is verified by FedEx/USPS (depending on what label was created for you), please allow 5-7 additional business days for your bank to process the return. 

Exchanges: We will exchange your item up to 30 days after you receive it, only for a different size. At this time, we cannot guarantee stock availability, so please return your original order as soon as possible after receiving your prepaid return shipping label. If the item isn't available, we recommend exchanging for store credit & placing a new order once the digital store credit is received.

Shipping:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

*Please note, that any original shipping costs cannot be refunded because those charges have already been paid to UPS.*
